DDatouguangquanThe hotel is near the Tsukuba Research Institute Station, and it takes 2 minutes to walk out of the station.
Hygienic: very clean and tidy, no smell, instant smoking room no smell, very good!
Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, the curtains are very good for shading, the sound insulation is very good, and the rest is very good.
Facilities: There are disposable razors, tea bags, shower caps and toner sets on the first floor, as well as microwave ovens. If you buy a lunch, you can eat on the first floor. There are also coin-operated washing machines and dryers, which are very convenient and the service staff are very friendly to help.
Service: The service is very friendly, smiling every time, answer all questions!

GGuest UserThank you for your eye surgery for 3 days. I was very grateful to have you pick me up at the eye doctor. I stayed with breakfast, but the breakfast was very delicious. Also, the open-air bath is compact but very clean and there was a massage chair.

GGuest UserMy stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations! The place was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home.
One of the highlights was the food—breakfast and dinner were served daily, and each meal was unique, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully crafted, adding a special touch to the experience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. It’s truly exceptional and well worth it!

Ssho__koAlthough it's a 20-minute walk from the station, the parking lot is spacious and there are many restaurants nearby. I could see Mount Tsukuba from my room window.
The bathroom and shower were separated, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The room was compact but comfortable.
They offered unique services, such as free beer and highballs from 5 PM to 8 PM, which was a refreshing change.
The dining area was also cleaned frequently and was very tidy. The low price and included breakfast were also appreciated.

There is a convenience store in front of you.
The parking lot can be parked in front of the entrance, but about 10 cars.
Amenities are shampoo and rinse set. Body soap is soap. If you are particular, bring it.
The amount is within 4000 yen and is very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe night view from the room at night ､ was very nice and ､ healed. Around 5:30 in the early morning, the sea of clouds flowed from the left side of the window of the room, and it was also wonderful ､ Look at it ､ I took a video with my smartphone. The breakfast I was looking forward to with a plan with breakfast for one night was more delicious than I expected ､. Self coffee ､ Milk and orange juice have been refilled many times and I am satisfied ... I was able to refills rice and miso soup.

GGuest UserIt was a little far from the nearest station and it took a little time to walk, but the beer set and fried rice of the Chinese restaurant Gaki general on the way were delicious. I think the inn is probably renewed. I thought that many employees were young. I was satisfied with the breakfast with many items.
