TTshidi/The hotel environment is totally serene, nestled in nature. A tad bit too far from city central, if you don’t have a private car. Bolt taxis are readily available though.
The food was great. My husband enjoyed every last bite. The pool is amazing. The internet connection is fast and uninterrupted.
Major disappointments : the shower didn’t bless us with hot water, even after a man from maintenance came to assist with the problem. We had issues with the AC throughout our stay, luckily we were provided with a stand-alone fan. Most of the channels on the tv did not play, especially when it rained.

GGuest UserReception was neither aware of my booking nor of my payment. Manager needs to communicate. It took long time to figure out WiFi passwords. They should be available in the room or at the reception.
Otherwise, my stay was good. The restaurant has a good menu and the food and service was always good. All staff friendly and helpful.
All in all, good value for money. I will come again once in Kisumu.
