Amazing
EEunmiIt was a place where you could enjoy the ocean view, and it was good that the hottest place in Cambodia, The Wave, was close by, so you could walk there. The resort is near the ocean, so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and the food is delicious, so I recommend it. The staff was also very friendly and warm. However, the quality of the accommodation is not new, so if you are looking for a modern style, you may be disappointed, but the frame of the old French-style building was left and remodeled, so you could feel the charm of an old French-style building.

JJura thé bratI cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience.
If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well.
Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

GGuest UserThe hotel is managed by French, has Chinese service and is very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is attentive, making people extremely comfortable. Everywhere I am so hard, today is 30, and I will give us a few Chinese guests to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The price is also very reasonable. Next time I travel to Baima, I will stay at this hotel.

JJonesPeaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom.

DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

The single room is not large, it is not bad for one person, there are outside windows, electric fans, cold water shower, free bicycles. Breakfast is $ 9.
1.5 km from Crab Market,
2.3 km from White Horse Beach.
It is about 700 meters from the white horse ranked fourth restaurant and sailing club.
You can see the sunset across the road.
The rooms are much cheaper than the same level in the city centre.

GGuest UserWe loved our stay in the1 bedroom bungalow a lot. The decorations are very detailed. The owners will do anything to confort and help you. They are very kind. I loved having the washing machine in the room as we travel for long time. One negative point for us we used the sleeping bed in the living room but was not comfortable enough for us. I would book the bungalow with the extra bed(room) if I would come again.

GGuest UserI think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

TTINGHUIThe facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is a bit simple, but the outdoor swimming pool on the beach is very good. There are many night markets and white sands around the beach. The durians and crabs at the night market are very delicious. The three of us spent more than ten dollars to eat, and the barbecue can also bring Come back to the hotel pool to eat, listening to music and blowing the sea breeze is pretty good
