Outstanding
SSafwaanVery nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items.
For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market,
The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone.
The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful.
The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute)
It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too
WWeberThomasGood hotel...very friendly staff...
Breakfast is good and sufficient...everything you need for breakfast is there. Omelettes are prepared on request...
You sleep very well...very good mattresses
GGuest UserA quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration.
Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor
Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast
At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡
NNola AisbergI actually stayed in Juweira hotel (adults only), because Rotana was overbooked. I'm glad that I stay in Juweira - it was calm, clean, food was good without waiting lines. Special thanks to Ann - Rotana's manager, very professional, who helped me with Juweira booking and introducing these hotels area.
I had breakfast and lunches in Rotana- It was good, good choice and good food. Hope to come back one day:)
AAnonymous UserStandard room, average living environment, old facilities, but there is a big supermarket next to it. The coffee shop downstairs looks average, but the equipment and beans are good, and the products are good.
AAYMAN AHMED MOHAMMEDVery good hotel nice stay comfortable stay 10 out of 10 next time if I come to Salalah hundred percent I stay with you people staff is very good food is very good rooms are spacious very clean room the staff is very helpful heart of the city all the people are very cooperative nice people of Sala. CChristoffer Alf EdwardVery friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.
SSafwaanNice hotel within vicinity of several food establishments including next door and has mosques nearby. It is on the bus route. The famous Sultan mosque is in walking distance.
It is a nice and calm hotel and no noise from fellow guests. I went in November and stayed one week
Lift has ramp for luggage and lifts. It is a calm place. Room is nice and clean with furniture. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Complementary toiletries. Staff are very polite and also arranged for some frankincense for my room. I have never used it before so that was really nice of them
