The complimentary round-trip shuttle service provided by the hotel is a thoughtful touch that truly saves time and effort. The staff were courteous and provided attentive service throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

The neighbors are very friendly. It is opposite the market, very easy to find food, near 7-11 Overall, it is very impressive. If there is a business around that area, definitely go to rest again. There is a security guard that is on the day and night, it is definitely safe.

เราเดินทางกันเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่แต่ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถค้นหาชื่อของเราได้ พนักงานบอกว่าเราไม่ได้จองมากับทางโรงแรม อีกทั้งห้องที่จองไว้ก็ไม่ตรงปก ตอนจองจองอีกแบบตอนไปถึงที่พักได้ที่พักอีกแบบนึง ทางเราไปพักก็หวังว่าจะได้สะดวกสบายได้ไปพักผ่อน แต่กลับกลายเป็นว่าต้องมาทนอยู่ในห้องเล็กๆและอึดอัดเพราะห้องไม่ตรงตามที่จองไป อีกทั้งพนักงานพยายามเสนอห้องอื่นให้เพื่อเป็นการทดแทนห้องที่ไม่ได้รับ แต่ห้องที่เสนอให้กับทางเราเป็นห้องที่สะอาดแถมอยู่ชั้นบน ถ้าเป็นไปได้ในส่วนของพนักงานอยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการอัปเดตข้อมูลของผู้เข้าพักให้ดีกว่านี้ ทางเราไปโรงแรมเพื่อจะไปพักผ่อนไม่ใช่มัวหาหลักฐานในการจอง
