GGuest UserThe hotel staff make you feel unwelcomed during your stay espically when they accuse you and charge you of using something from out of the frig when you sure you didnt. Also charge exrea on a 7 years old child stay at the hotel which i never experience in any other 5 star holtel during my 3 weeks holiday at turkey.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and very nice decorations. Staffs are very friendly and kind to us. The room is quite big and comfortable. Bathroom seems to be old and needs some updates. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.
