Butte County Hotels with Parking

Needed to book a hotel last minute but needed it to be clean and not in the ghetto. This hotel checked all those boxes. And the discount through trip.com made it our first choice. This is not a paid ad, this is my actual opinion!

Location is really close to downtown but very quiet. Big spacious rooms with good looking furnishings. Bathroom is very clean and updated with very nice fixtures. This will be my ”go to” hotel everytime I'm in Chico.

Considering the cost-benefit, this is a very good option. It's well-located, close to shops, restaurants, and freeway access. The breakfast service is acceptable, offering cereals, milk, etc. There's an outdoor pool, and the room comes with air conditioning, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The parking is spacious, with three levels, though it's worth noting there are only stairs, no elevator. The cleaning service is efficient. Overall, a very good choice.

The room was out dated. The A/C leaked water. The bathroom toilet was gross super out dated. The fridge was gross with mildew. We had to clean out ourselves. The shower/tub is very noisy like ur going to fall threw it. The TV mounted on the stand was very inconvenient. We had to switch sides We slept on be a use the TV was literally facing the wrong way. The pool was dirty. Needed to be cleaned. I would not recommend going here again. Unless some things change.

There is no shampoo nor soap. We thought it might happen. We had shampoo and other staff so no problem. We could not turn off the TV so that we had to pull off the plug itself. But that was better than no TV. It was good enough for us to stay.
