The staff and their services offered are truly amazing. Very supportive even when notified the hotel was overbooked when we arrived in the scheduled time. We are well located to another hotel with helpful instructions and arrangements. We got upgraded to a better room and appreciate for the hotel support.

I loved Waterwalk. I always stay whenever I have a chance. The place is well kept.
