GGuest UserOverall, our stay was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quality of our room was below par. Water damage within the walls was painted over. Paid parking for a subpar parking lot was not worth the $10 a day. The amenities was great though! Love the front desk staff! They were very enjoyable!
GGuest UserThe feel of the property is welcoming from the time one enters the lot. Nestled away from the busy Midlothian Turnpike traffic, one would hardly believe there’s a bustling metropolis beyond the trees! The staff was attentive and the attentions to COVID-19 guidelines was so on point. The room was meticulously cleaned. The noon check out was a godsend.
I will be back!
GGuest UserGood and bad with this hotel. The bad: upon checking in I noticed water stains on several ceiling tiles in the lobby. Also out of service signs for the restrooms. The laundry rooms had out of service. The pool doesn’t have water. Carpet in hallway dirty. The good: room was clean and it was quiet. Also new towels and wash cloth every day. Hotel needs to supply more than 1 small bar of soap.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the stay is efficient. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities and first-class hygiene. Especially the bedding is comfortable and the quality of sleep is excellent. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are many Chinese and Western options. The overall experience exceeds expectations, cost-effective, and the next trip will still be the first choice.
GGuest UserThe room can sleep. After entering, I felt damp. Breakfast is relatively poor. If you sleep for one night, you can also have other equipment, such as a small refrigerator and a microwave. The coffee machine is bad.
