AAnonymous UserThis store is relatively new and the facilities are in good condition. The lighting design of the room is reasonable and there are various choices according to needs. Breakfast is also rich. Chico State University is worth seeing.

KKenneth WarrenLocation is really close to downtown but very quiet. Big spacious rooms with good looking furnishings.
Bathroom is very clean and updated with very nice fixtures. This will be my ”go to” hotel everytime I'm in Chico.
