GGlitz GlamzThe hotel location was clean and very safe. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was a little rude, the breakfast was mediocre as well. I would stay here again in the future.

SShakeMA simple stay. The room was nice. They need more work on cleanliness. I had to request another comforter as my had dirt and hair on it. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice.
Service was hit or miss. The gentleman at check-in was rude and didn't listen when I told him I prepaid. He charged my card again instead of just places it in hold for incidentals. I had to have the manager correct it the next morning. It took some time but she was nice.

GGuest UserRegistered got my keys then pulled around to the side , got my luggage out of the car and as you might figure, my key would not open the side entrance but after a moment of struggling with the door handle, another guest let me in. Went to my room and again the key didn’t work so I had to go up and get the key fixed. Inside, the room appeared neat and clean but it did have a musty smell. My husband thought the bed was very comfortable but it was a little too hard to me. Would I stay here again? Probably, my first priority is a clean room and while there were a few stains on the carpet, the room was pretty clean!

Nothing fancy just needed a getaway. .. hotel was so much better than I was expecting! The reviews make it seem like the worst around .. not the case here! nice lady in the lobby for check in, which doesnt't have a Cut off time!
