JJaime FredricksonPool area floor was really dirty… hot tub was very cloudy, full of sand, and whirlpool jets didn’t work right… Breakfast was okay.. Definite drug use going on by some of the guests… hotel elevator area reeked of **** every time we used them and I have a 4/7 year old… One guest was so messed up on something that he was slightly foaming at the mouth, almost fell over multiple times l, and spilled hot coffee all over himself… Staff was very nice and accommodating… Room was clean enough which was most important to me, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the experience.

GGuest Userthe stay wasn't bad, there were some problems with the lobby being open because of the coronavirus, so I actually did not even get in my room till midnight,I was told I will be compensated through he trips or through the hotel, today's date is August 6th, and I still have not been compensated in any way. this was my first and only time booking through trips.com, I have not used the app sense. and was never contacted by anyone.

GGuest UserThe door lock is broken, and the service staff can't help it. Everything else is OK. The parking lot is large and free. The scenery outside the window is very nice and I like it very much.
