Service definitely needs improvement. I (woment in 60 years old) experienced a very disappointing moment when I was struggling with my heavy luggage and one of the wheels got stuck right in front of the elevator. A member of the cleaning staff was right there cleaning the lift, looked directly at me, but completely ignored my situation and didn't offer to help at all. Basic hospitality training is seriously lacking here.

It was a great experience. Fortunately, I made an appointment online in advance, otherwise there would be a lot of people on weekends. It was worth my long wait. It was really good.

This hotel near Stanford University offers great value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and had a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.

This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

Overall it was ok, but I talked to the front desk about whether I could get a refund if I didn't stay one night. They said yes, but after I returned home I found out that I couldn't get a refund.

Breakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.

We arrived after 17 hours flight, very tired and we did not noticed some problems: The bed was so noisy, it was difficult to sleep. I asked 3 times the workers at the front deck to fix it or change my room, nothing have been done. The fridge frose everything. Breakfest was average and disappointing. Room was big enough.
