"The hotel is severely lacking in maintenance. There's not enough staff – no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The paddle tennis court is completely worn out, and the pool access was dirty. The walls are damaged and very thin; you can hear every conversation from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel; it's far too expensive for its quality."
