"It's a bit of an old building and about 6km from the center of Patras. But the location is good enough to have a private beach and the sunset is beautiful. And they were so kind that they called at 11pm and refunded me the tax they charged me. ^^ Thanks to the staff who prepared breakfast, I was able to get a tour of Patras and participate in the Halloween festival. Thank you."

"The rooms and facilities were superb, with a swimming pool and balcony. The architecture was antique and charming, and it was a Michelin-starred hotel in 2025. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; there was a bar downstairs with very loud rock music that lasted until about 2:00-3:00 AM. It's not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise."

"I went in this hotel in August 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and tidy as well as equipped with all the necessary items (including a small fridge). "I bought an Al-inclusive trip... for 2 people for about PLN 8,000 - THIS IS A MOCK AND A FRAUD on the part of the TUI travel agency (I will never buy a trip there again!!!). The offer presented on the TUI website (photos, hotel description, i.e.: "...The hotel itself offers amenities such as a spa area, gym, and swimming pools. Comfortably furnished rooms await you here..." IS A MOCK. There were indeed 3 swimming pools on site, only one of which was operational, the rest had dirty water, and another one was not used at all - dirty, littered, and fenced off. The SPA area and gym are non-existent!!!. The area around the hotel is dirty, untidy, and neglected, with broken sunbeds and benches. There is no entertainment or playground for children (the only attraction is running around the bar in the evening on slippery tiles after a ball!). The rooms haven't been renovated for years (ants and other insects in the room). The bathroom was very unpleasant, the drains were clogged!!!. Eating meals was a real challenge (rusty toaster!, dirty glasses and plates, the food was the same every day and cold. No vegetables, olive oil, mustard... etc. The worst thing about the All-inclusive version You had to pay for water!!!. Water was readily available from a dispenser (one for the entire hotel!!!), and after two days of drinking it, I had serious stomach problems. The following days, I drank store-bought water. THE HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY NOT SUITABLE FOR RECEIVING GUESTS. Supposedly a hotel beach, but actually a public one, there were no sunbeds. The coach from the airport transporting us to the garbage dumps was outrageous. No one bothered to help us; we had to drag our suitcases and find our way to the hotel ourselves. Is this how guests should be welcomed?!!! The pick-up on arrival was similar. We had to get to the meeting point ourselves, carrying our suitcases, and wait by the garbage dumps in 35-degree heat. There was no help or concern from the hotel staff. Pursuant to Article 48 of the Act of 24 November 2017 on Tourist Packages, the tour operator (i.e., TUI) is responsible for the service."

"Hotel perfectly located in front of the beach with direct access to it (unfortunately closed outside the summer period). The view from the room was magnificent on the sea and the mountains opposite. Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is in the form of a varied and delicious buffet with local products. Just a shame that the hotel looks a little "dated" and that the swimming pool was not in operation during my stay."

"Great location, BUT...We had a triple room, which consisted of one double and one single bed. There was no room to lay our suitcases, which were carry-on size, other than in between the beds-great for falling over anytime you wanted to move about the room. Absolutely not remotely like the picture. This was, by far, the tightest room I have ever had. It was probably a double room and they just squeezed in another bed. It was suitable for only 1 double bed, no more. They did have one of those open type stools for laying a suitcase on, but there was no room to put it up. Talking about small - one of our friends weighed 45 kilos and she was too big for the shower. We stayed for 3 nights and in spite of asking for clean towels, only the single bed was made and given fresh towels. There was no restaurant on the premises but there was a breakfast hall with a decent breakfast. There was a bar with a piano, but it was not used while we were there. Being there over New Years, I expected for something to be happening, but there was nothing. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. The receptionist, however, was an absolute sweetheart; she was the nicest thing about the hotel, other than the location."
