"Overall, the price was the most competitive compared to other options in the area, which made it good value for money. The room size was decent and comfortable for the stay. Breakfast was average, but since it was included in the package, it was a nice addition. The facilities looked decent overall, although they could certainly benefit from a refresh and some updating. There were a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the room service pasta was disappointing. We also found that many of the cocktails listed at the pool lounge were unavailable during our stay. One major downside was the room allocation. Despite specifically requesting a high-floor room during booking, we were assigned a ground-floor room right at the far end of the property, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it’s a reasonably priced option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in service consistency, maintenance, and attention to guest preferences."

"- toilet bowl having flushing issue - the whole room floor is sticky , prob due to too much soap used to mop - although the unit means to stay for 4 pax, however all of the amenities prepared for 2 pax only such as towel, onetime used slippers. - room access card issue, where the magnetic strip tears. (Front desk reception immediately exchange for us with another pair of card, saying we can calls the number they will send to room, but since we are going out so we approach front desk ourselves) - shower head not working if switch to portable shower head - water pressure for sink in toilet too low - unclear signboard for checkin (missing sign and causing inconvenience for those who not familiar with the area) - strong crosswind, the doors and windows making noises - aircond control not fully functioning, the only working parts is switching on/off Good side: - nice view - having indoor parking - good option for included breakfast - TV is working - water heater is working - boiler is working"
