The only downside are the challenge with WiFi connection (but then again, why is this important if you are relaxing and should be off digitally) and the bedding was not comfortable. Otherwise, lovely place!!"

"We had an amazing time at the Hacienda AltaGracia. Our family was able to both relax and have some adventurous and cultural experiences. We really enjoyed the food at the Hacienda along with the activities both on property and off. There were nice trails to hike around the hotel and all of the pools were great. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Our casita was beautiful and perfect for a family of 4 - the view was stunning."

"Family of 5, highly recommend a driver arranged by Rafiki. Staff is lovely, cabins are fun and large, hike starting from Rafiki crosses three waterfalls. Surrounding trails are very well maintained fauna and flora of this jungle environment are best in class. The bar is lovely and the daiquiris delicious. The food has been excellent and adult and kid friendly The rafting was life changing and the guides are amazing. Highest level recommendation for this family of 5 from Seattle!!!"
