Unfortunately the owner of the place intends to make the most of all the assets of this hotel and is reluctant to offer services that could be freely offered elsewhere. Asking for an ice bucket for a bottle that you want to keep cool on the terrace of your room, while enjoying an excellent Asian meal brought from outside, deprives you of ice cubes and already bringing meals, it annoys you. It goes without saying that this state of mind makes you feel sour and cuts your appetite. I would like to point out that these criticisms do not at all concern the staff who do their best, following orders."
