Service: We arrived at the hotel after 9 PM due to heavy rain. After I contacted them, the hotel staff promptly came to check us in. Any issues could be directly reported to the WeChat butler, ensuring privacy and an undisturbed stay throughout. When we encountered staff in the courtyard, they always greeted us with a smile and were ready to assist with any needs.
Facilities: The room was very clean, and all the essential toiletries were provided. The only downside was the hairdryer, which was quite difficult to use; it took ages to dry my long hair 😅.
Environment: This is definitely worth saving the best for last! 🤣 It's absolutely stunning! They share a garden with Cuiwei Hotel, and I had the chance to explore the entire courtyard during breakfast. It was incredibly beautiful ~ incredibly beautiful ~~ incredibly beautiful ~~~ No wonder it was designed by the owner himself! Every step offered a new view, and the garden was designed exquisitely, utilizing the original terrain and architecture. You could feel the designer's thoughtfulness and ingenuity in every corner. I spent an extra hour just soaking it all in. The small waterfall that runs through the courtyard from the mountain, with mist rising after the rain, the small bridges and streams, and a few ducks adding to the charm – standing on the bridge and gazing at the misty peaks of Mount Sanqing was like looking at a traditional Chinese ink painting. We experienced the beauty of Mount Sanqing even before hiking up. There's also a tea house in the courtyard where you can stop for a cup of tea. It's truly perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. My friend said we definitely have to come back and stay for a few more days next time.

The room is also very clean, because it is relatively humid on the mountain side, and the mattress has an electric blanket, so you won't feel damp when you turn it on before going to bed! The boss and his wife are also very enthusiastic. They pick up and drop off the ropeway. The boss is really the ”Qiu Mingshan Mountain Car God”, haha! They also recommended us the Sanqingshan walking route (ps: it’s great, we took a lot of beautiful photos, we must listen to the advice and take the west coast route first, the official route is really not good), the boss himself is a chef and has good cooking skills. Will come next time!

GGuest UserThis time I came to Yushan for a business trip and temporarily booked the Yuejia Hotel. The overall stay experience far exceeded expectations. I must come to praise it seriously!
First of all, the location is very convenient, and it is especially convenient to take a taxi and find a restaurant to eat. The hotel door is very recognized. When checking in, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The whole process is very fast. The attitude is gentle and patient. It also intimately introduced us to the surrounding places to play and eat.
Entering the lobby was cured at once. The overall decoration is simple and gentle warm color. The lounge area is spacious and clean. The green plants and lovely decorations are full of atmosphere. It is also very comfortable to sit down and wait for people to rest. The corridor is clean and tidy, the lighting is soft, and there is no dull and depressed feeling at all.
It was a surprise to enter the room. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and I slept very peacefully for one night. The supporting facilities in the room are very complete, the air conditioning and TV picture quality are very online, the desk countertops are clean, and the business trip office is very easy to put things. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure in the bath is stable, the quality of toiletries is online, the hot water is fast, and the washing experience is full.
There is no bad problem with the whole stay. Health, service, and environment are online. The price is also very real. Whether it is a business trip, a couple trip or a short trip, it is super suitable. Next time you come to Yushan, you will definitely choose Yuejia Hotel first. I really recommend it to everyone!

AAnonymous UserThe owner of the hotel and his family are very easy to get along with. The boss detailed planning the Sanqingshan tour route is superb. The big ring line is full of beautiful scenery and will not waste time. Everything is perfect. The bed in the room is large, comfortable to sleep, the bath water is also very hot, there are disposable items, clean and considerate. The food is delicious, the portion is full, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the food is delicious and comfortable. In addition, the boss's doorstep is very spacious and self-driving parking is very convenient.

It also boasts incredible sunrise vistas. What truly stood out was the exceptionally warm and attentive service from the site manager and staff, which left us with a profound appreciation for Mount Sanqing's magnificent scenery and the genuine hospitality of its people.

GGuest UserThe B&B is not far from the Waishuangxi Cableway, making it easy to walk directly to the cableway entrance or the hiking trailhead in the morning. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. For an early morning hike the next day, I think it's a great value. There's a breakfast stall next to the hotel, offering porridge, noodles, eggs, and rice dumplings. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can buy some food to eat on the mountain. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, so if someone next door is talking loudly, it can be a bit noisy. But for the price and location, I think it's worth recommending!

I love it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The only downside is the hairdryer isn't very good, but the hot water is fine. The owner is also very welcoming. I recommend buying food directly at the foot of the mountain and leaving it at the hotel shop (it's quite expensive). You can drop off your things and start hiking right away. After your hike, you can enjoy a delicious meal when you come back. It's amazing, so nice! A must-visit for everyone!

When booking, pay attention to the wooden house branch in two areas, Taohuawu and the square. The photo is Taohuawu. It is highly recommended to live here. The square is quieter and darker. The environment in the wooden house is more general, because it is under the mountain, there are many small flying insects. The boss has a very good service attitude and is very patient. On the second floor of the hotel intersection, there is Hainan cuisine opened by Hong Kong sister. As a Chaozhou person, it is in line with my taste and delicious! GGuest UserWho got to stay in the starry sky house of my dreams?! Haha, it's me! I'm so lucky to have found such a wonderful manor in Sanqingshan! I can't bear to leave! I'll definitely return for a vacation here if I have the chance! The manor is perfectly situated, just 300 meters from the Sanqingshan Jinsha Cableway. The elegant environment is perfect for a relaxing getaway or hosting company team-building events. There are both stand-alone cabins with mountain views and starry sky bubble rooms. My starry sky bubble room was filled with beautiful scenery both day and night: the breeze swaying through the branches, the half-moon visible through the glass, the chirping of cicadas and birds outside—all of it brought me to a joyful experience of living in harmony with nature. The landlady of the manor is incredibly beautiful and warm. Not only did she upgrade my room for free, she even treated me to some AD calcium milk! Who understands family?! As a solo traveler, I was deeply moved! Waking up at 3 a.m. and looking up at the sky, I was greeted by a sea of stars. The entire manor had its own starry sky! I thoroughly enjoyed everything here. I strongly recommend that families visiting Sanqing Mountain stay in this manor. The manor has mountains, water, woods, and delicious food. It can really make people feel physically and mentally happy, as if they have returned to their own paradise.
