Habitation Saint Charles - Hôtel de Charme & Spa

Habitation Saint Charles - Hôtel de Charme & Spa ★★★★

📍 Chem. de Grippiere, Petit-Bourg

"The restaurant's reception is completely mediocre. Informed at the last moment that there were no more tables on the terrace despite a reservation. Unacceptably nonchalant service. Mediocre and not very generous dishes, without any originality. As for the price, they are exorbitant compared to the service offered. Only the setting is appreciable. This is undoubtedly one of the worst restaurants in the archipelago. ABSOLUTELY AVOID regarding the restaurant, not at all related to the hotel."

Habitation Saint Charles - Hôtel de Charme & Spa ★★★★
"We stayed 12 nights in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the center of Guadeloupe and set in a magnificent setting. However, we were disappointed with the services offered by an establishment of this standard: 2 non-functional televisions, bedroom door impossible to close, broken shutter closure, door frame that came loose, cleaning of the bungalow not carried out on 2 occasions, egg break for breakfast scrambled eggs. The problems were reported to the hotel reception verbally as well as by email. The owner came to apologize orally and promised to get back to us by email and to be present when we left to discuss it again. We are still waiting for his email and did not see it when we left. Hoping at least that our complaints will allow future travelers to obtain services in accordance with the price requested."
