"The hot water doesn't work well. There are so many stairs, be prepared for a hike. You can hear everything from the next room, even people talking and breathing. I booked this room specifically for the bathtub, but it was broken, and they wouldn't change our room. They just brushed it off, saying there were no other rooms available. On top of that, there was construction going on right outside our room, making it noisy, and they still gave us this room. They have absolutely no concept of service. Our enjoyable trip was completely ruined by the resort's unilateral actions. This resort is definitely not suitable for Korean travelers' sensibilities. Overall, it's a mess. If you're Korean and coming to Tam Dao, avoid Mo Mang at all costs."

"10/10 for Flamigo Đại Lải Resort! The receptionist, Minh, was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and notably charming and handsome. Our child had a birthday on check-in day, and the resort even surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our whole family had a wonderful vacation here; the kids especially loved it. We'll definitely be back to Flamigo Đại Lải many more times when we have the chance. Nice!"

"We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer."

"The hotel itself has everything you could ask for. Very spacy room, everything I could've needed was provided (a decent edge above the other hotels I've experienced in Vietnam), the staff was very helpful with everything I've asked of them, airport transfer was on time and very quick. Zero complaints about the room, very nice price/value. The only mild downsides one might want to be aware of: the view from the window was mainly unattractive neighboring buildings, the pool (with a nice view on the airport) was a bit too cold for my comfort and the next decent supermarket is about 15 minutes by foot. Still enjoyed my stay there though."
