Excellent hotel in Naiyang. The best hotel by far. Rooms were new and spotless clean. Pool access room is the best. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. 2 mins walk to the beach. Smack down near restaurants massage bars and other amenities. 24 hr supermarket 1 min away. They even surprise my wife with a cake and decorations. Really exceeded pur expectations. Housekeeping top notch.

We would like to recommend its best one with great good price ,We surely to come back again in future.
Much Thank you for up grade our room !
We wanted to stay in a hotel close to the airport that also offered the luxury we needed, and JW Marriott did not disappoint!!
We were greeted and welcomed by Julian. He offered us welcome drinks and assisted with check-in.
The room was spacious, super clean and we had a good view of the garden and ocean. The bathroom is a little dated especially when compared to other Marriott's but it wasn't a big deal for us.
The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! It's more expensive than most places but it's worth every penny!
The Andaman restaurant served delicious food. We love the seafood curry. Tee was so attentive and made us feel very welcomed.
We also loved the Big Fish. Yok, Jaeb, Joey and Nam where the best!!! They made our holiday extra special. Yok entertained our kids and they loved his little tricks. Jaeb's cocktails were divine!!!
The children loved the Kids Club as well. Friendly, attentive staff that made our kids feel safe and welcomed.
The only thing we can complain about is that Big Fish was very hot but they did provide fans.
We will definitely return!

Exclusive Service, Quality amenities and all around experience of hospitality in Phuket. A little far from the happening places in the city but compensates this with so many options, you can enjoy your evening there too. Though it's Off season, i didnt see its impact at the service in anyway.
Satisfied, satisfied, very satisfied/I have stayed in many hotels, and I can give it 100 points. Although the location is remote, there is less noise. Although it is not a gorgeous style, it is full of holiday style and very photogenic.
If you are purely relaxing on vacation, parent-child, and don’t like to make a fuss, choosing this hotel is perfect👍
New hotel, the design and facilities are very good! High cost performance
The hotel breakfast is very good, there is a 711 outside, which fully meets daily needs
The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach, and provides beach mats and flip-flops
There are basically no restaurants near the hotel. If you go to the beach, the snack stands on the beach are delicious, and fresh fruits can be bought and packed back to the hotel
Don’t worry about this hotel!
Great hotel close to the airport (a taxi only cost 200baht) and within 10-15 min walk to the beach and main restaurant area. The rooms are very clean, spacious and with pool views and access. The pool is very nice and clean and the hotel owners are lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel has a great location, a short walk away will brings you to Nai Yang beach where you can play water activities and have a lot of food choices. The hotel is also near to the airport. The swimming pool was a little dirty as there are visible green algae or stains in the pool. But it is considered good given the price point. Booked a room for three but there was only a king size bed which might not be sufficient. The staff suggested to add one more bed but we saw the mattress that they gave were stained (there was big red stains all over the mattress) and the stains were visible through the bed sheet, we didn’t use it.
Above all else, the Touch Green Hotel Naiyang is value for money. Simple, clean and well-equipped rooms (definitely go for the more expensive bungalows or book a room with a balcony) more than do their job for the price you pay. A few minutes’ walk and you’re at the beach. And if you don’t fancy the beach, the hotel swimming poool is located around the back and is situated in a green beauty spot next to a pond that is home to a beautiful swan and many other birds. Time spent at the pool is really relaxing. They do need to buy more pool loungers if they get busier though, because four just won’t be enough. Especially now the Chinese border has reopened for tourism. Reception is currently closed, so you go to the gym (which I am assured is excellent) or to the Green Cafe opposite for keys and beach towels etc. Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but a number of restaurants, including the afore mentioned Green Cafe, are a brief walk away. Naiyang itself is bit of an unknown gem, has a lovely beach, is very convenient for the airport, isn’t dominated by R***ian mafia and has a nice range of Thai, seafood or pizza restaurants. I will definitely come here again, and my first priority will be to book the Touch Green.
We stayed at this lovely hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the rooms were. They may be on the smaller side, but they’re incredibly comfortable and well-designed. The road is nearby, but once you close the door, the noise is barely noticeable, which made for a peaceful stay. The hostess was exceptionally caring and attentive, making me feel right at home. Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway!
The plane arrives at 11 o'clock, it is convenient to take a taxi for 300 baht, and it is comfortable to live! Back at 11:40 on the last day, I also live here, very comfortable cottage, clean and hygienic, not too much commercial around, very authentic Thai taste, have the opportunity to come to Phuket, will choose to live here for a few more days, very good select

GGuest UserUpon arrival, we chose a hotel near the airport. We chose Pensiri. Proximity to the airport and the beach. We had to wait until 2 p.m. as expected for check-in. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to check in earlier, despite the fact that we were with a small child. We liked the rooms. Clean, cozy. Cleaning without complaints. The only thing in the room was ants and someone was biting. We still did not understand whether it was mosquitoes or ants. The road to the beach lies through a small street where motorbikes drive - it is inconvenient to walk. Otherwise, we liked everything!
TTW2024Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street.
The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a ***** of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.
JJellybeanzThis is a nice place for families and the pool was full with mostly Russian kids. Near the beach but you have to rely on a pontoon to get across a small stream. Chose this place as near the airport (only here for 1 night). If I had to pick again for a transit hotel I'd choose somewhere walkable to the ***** of shops slightly north, including the unmissable coffee hut Chern cup coffee. Beautiful sunset walk along the beach that stretches for miles.
