"We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for our family trip . The hotel is very new and the stay was okay. Although we were given Free breakfast vouchers on the 2nd night but Honestly the laundry system was not good. No laundry plastic or basket in the room. The queuing system was messy. The overall cleaning wasn’t pleasant, all the corners can see dusty and cigarette ash. Maybe this is country side ‘s hotel . I strongly recommend the cleaning service should be upgraded"

Dad also specially asked WeChat to recommend pot friends to experience it. Several great points: 1. Smart toilet in the bathroom, Xiaomi air conditioning in the room 2. The overall design aesthetic of the homestay is online, very suitable for living 3. Located in the upper reaches of Longtan Ancient Town, the viewing conditions are full 4. Quiet and hygienic, as if our family is living (actually not) 5. Attentive and meticulous service, super fast response I will come back when the persimmons are red!"

"This has to be the best B&B in Longtan. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning, with nothing obstructing it since the house is on a higher elevation. The hostess clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities; even staying in the mountains during winter was comfortable. On my first night, the temperature dropped to 0 degrees, but the room had underfloor heating, the kettle had a keep-warm function, there was a bathtub for soaking, and even the towel rack had a heating function. The shower water was hot enough and had great pressure – truly thoughtful preparation! Considering the overall comfort, location, and facilities, I doubt you'd find another place like it here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

The lobby has a strong sense of design and style. The room is bigger than expected, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view and the lighting is particularly good. The bedding is very comfortable, moderately soft and hard, and I sleep until dawn. The bathroom is dry and wet separation is done very well, the hot water comes quickly, and the water pressure is sufficient. It is also equipped with a smart toilet, and the details are very good! The front desk sister is very gentle, from helping with luggage when getting off the bus, to checking in kindly and efficiently, the whole process makes people feel very comfortable. Room service responded promptly and responsive. This stay was impeccable in terms of hardware and software, and really made it "home away from home" next time I come to Pingnan and live here!"
