Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti ★★★★★
"It was a great experience thanks"
Beverly Alps Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"We have just returned after a fabulous week staying at the Beverly Alps. The service was exceptional and rooms cleaned to a high standard. The food at dinner was amazing, four courses cooked to perfection. However there is no butter with dinner so remember to take some at breakfast and put it in the fridge. At breakfast you can order eggs cooked however you want them. The rooms are huge and there is a free kettle available from reception. The shuttle bus to the gondola is always available so saves having to walk back albeit it is not much of a walk. There are two ski shops. Marcia sport (the hotel gives you a discount) or the one at the gondola station which inghams use. My only issue is the hotel was mainly Italians so not many English to chat to in the evening. Bars in Pinzolo were excellent. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you"
Dolomeet Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"The stay at the hotel was great, wonderful staff, close to the ski lift point. Variety of dishes for breakfast. The hotel also has a spa, which is a perfect place to spend time after skiing day."
Maribel Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is located in Campo Carlo Magno, just past the main square, and is quite secluded and a short walk from the Groste' ski area. What's bothering guests is that they expect much greater attention to detail and other amenities from a 4-star superior hotel. Otherwise, you might as well opt for one of the many Garnis or B&Bs, even better located in the center of Campiglio and at about half the price. A particularly noticeable lack is a restaurant, at least for dinner, and an in-house bar that could offer guests a modicum of comfort for a snack or after-dinner drink. Overall, there's a marked focus on affordability, which, again, clashes with the hotel's category. The ski room is very small and cramped, where guests literally can't move or sit down during regular opening hours. The spa and (small) pool are open at limited and inflexible times, sometimes even different from those stated in the information brochure. On the plus side, the rooms are clean and tidy, although the furniture is outdated for the level of service and some electrical outlets aren't working. Breakfast is well-stocked, with the sweets being better than the savory options, but nothing exceptional (the bread, in particular, is not presentable for a hotel of this type in the mountains). Unfortunately, for these reasons, I honestly can't recommend this hotel, and guests aren't encouraged to return."
Savoia Palace Hotel ★★★★
"BEWARE & TAKE CARE : FEBRUARY 2024 1) They lost (yes LOST!) my passport, despite taking secure posession of it when checking in and then confirming they did not have it, in front of witnesses. 2) Staff are selling their own private goods to guests - again witnessed by myself and other guests. 3) They had not bothered to ensure the night porter was aware of how to find keys to the secure and locked storage room, so he was unable to retrieve property for some condiderable time. 4) A fellow traveller found her ski helmet missing and had to push the management to show her CCTV to identify the culprit. So either at best a Hotel that is badly managed and has poor communication and security and at worst potential petty crimilality ? I and others are seperately writing to Ski Crystal management to highlight these matters. Appalling."
Hotel Cristina Wellness Relax ★★★★
"Hotel Cristina is an immaculate family run hotel. My initial impression, even before I arrived, was excellent as they responded very quickly to my various questions. I booked for 3 people and then changed my request to include a 4th person, and they were very accommodating and provided a 2nd room when we arrived. The bedrooms are well equipped with a safe, fridge, lots of hanging space in the wardrobes, hooks for coats etc and we were provided with a kettle on request. We had double doors which opened on to a large balcony. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The wet area was wonderful - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam etc. There was an area to sit and relax with tea, water and fruit and nuts provided. The meals were excellent with plenty of choice. We also found the alcoholic drinks to be very reasonably priced. The staff throughout the hotel - restaurant, cleaners, spa were friendly and efficient without being intrusive. There was secure storage for ski equipment I can't recommend this hotel enough."
Hotel Crozzon ★★★★
"Best pick for a ski vacation in Madonna De Campiglio. We had wonderful time at this boutique hotel. The Spa is very nice exactly what you need after a ski day. Breakfast very good, fresh with wide verity. The team welcoming and service oriented. Ski shuttles to the gondola and back whenever you need. We will come back, hopefully soon ."
Hotel Europeo Alpine Charme & Wellness ★★★★
"Stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week’s skiing holiday. It has a lovely swimming pool and spa that we used most days. The hotel provides bath robes and flip flops. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony and it was very spacious and was of a high standard. The hotel provides a ski shuttle service up to and back from the lifts and the driver was friendly and very efficient. We had dinner included in our package and it was of an exceptional standard, a fine dining experience with a different menu each night. The staff were very friendly and provided a high standard of service. The owner made time each evening to talk to all the guests which was a lovely touch as she was so welcoming and grateful to her guests, she even gave me a gift when departing. We will be back!"
Boutique Hotel Diana ★★★★
"The best place to stay in Madonna. The food is excellent and the service was great. The staff went above and beyond trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much."

Hotel Wanda
"The room was spacious, quiet and equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was a great variety of fresh products and with delicious cakes made by Mrs. Tiziana. A 5-star experience, thanks to all staff for their professionality and friendliness! A greeting to Shira."
Hotel La Baita
"It's not often that one's expectations are exceeded but this time it was. Hotel La Baita is a family-run hotel with a very good central location. Thanks to Annalise with her fantastic family/staff we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant also gets high marks for very good food and service. It was very practical with parking in the basement as there is a shortage of parking during high season. It's about 300 m to the Pradalago lift which we used the most. Short distances to other lifts as well. Basically ski in as one of the connecting slopes ends about 80 m from the hotel. Magnus and Maria"
Rta Hotel Catturani
"This stay at hotel catturani was not ideal as on the first night one person sat on a double sofa bed on floor 1 and the chair legs bent in half which were already tried to be covered up and we now have to pay €500 for a petty scam. My friends where staying in another room whose bed also broke from the frame after 2 nights. This stay was poor even for a school trip. Would 100% not recommend ."
