"We stayed at this beautiful hotel for our ski holiday. The hotel, under new management as of this year, fully lives up to its 4-star superior rating. The rooms are lovely, bright, and the room service is remarkable. As for the restaurant, we opted for half board, and the breakfast is excellent. The cuisine is truly exceptional, offering refined and delicate dishes while staying true to traditional mountain flavors. Maitre Davide and his team in the dining room know exactly how to take care of their guests. The service is impeccable. For spa enthusiasts, this is the perfect place, offering all the services you could wish for. We had a wonderful week and truly enjoyed our stay. The value for money of this establishment is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend it!"

"Great stay at Dolomeet Boutique Hotel. The hotel staff is super professional. Since the first day we experienced hospitality and kindness. They do a great job 👏. Delicious fresh breakfast and free afternoon snacks. Hotel is clean and well equipped. Wellness area with dry and wet saunas, jacuzzi and chill zone. Hotel is located on very quiet zone, very close to ski station (5min walk in ski boots) and the city centre. Wi-fi works pretty well. Hotel’s outside parking is free, however you can pay extra for underground parking. I do recommend it for both families and couples."

"Wonderful hotel run by the lovely Mario and the Bertrami family. Everyone so friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Hotel is perfectly positioned opposite the cross country ski and nursery slopes but the hotel will drop you at the main groste and Fortini lifts and collect at the end of the day. Literally from heated ski locker to the lift and back, wonderful courtesy car! Lift pass / ski hire 50m away, supermarket round the corner. Easy drive into Madonna main town but Campo Carlo Magno is the best, stunning views. Hotel Maribel has an awesome wellness centre with multi jet pool, steam, sauna, warm room, lifestyle showers. Just perfect. The breakfast was immense and beautifully presented. Best hotel and a fantastic week, thank you Mario and team!!"

"The Savoia Palace Hotel is a beautiful and delightful place to stay for skiing in Madonna di Campiglio, with gracious and kind service, excellent dinners and breakfast, and a lovely mountain ambiance and views. I enjoyed my stay there in mid-March on a trip with my ski club. The wood-paneled rooms are large and quiet (and I especially liked the comfortable chairs) and the hotel’s location is great, in the middle of the village and a five-minute walk up the street and up a short hill to the ski lift. Our ski group particularly loved the spacious bar with leather sofas, fireplaces, mountain decor, and excellent and friendly service by our favorite bartender. Dinners were outstanding, with many local, traditional specialties and wines. I would love to return to this family-run hotel where our hosts made us feel very welcome both at the hotel and out skiing with us on the ski slopes!"

"This stay at hotel catturani was not ideal as on the first night one person sat on a double sofa bed on floor 1 and the chair legs bent in half which were already tried to be covered up and we now have to pay €500 for a petty scam. My friends where staying in another room whose bed also broke from the frame after 2 nights. This stay was poor even for a school trip. Would 100% not recommend ."

"We have just returned after a fabulous week staying at the Beverly Alps. The service was exceptional and rooms cleaned to a high standard. The food at dinner was amazing, four courses cooked to perfection. However there is no butter with dinner so remember to take some at breakfast and put it in the fridge. At breakfast you can order eggs cooked however you want them. The rooms are huge and there is a free kettle available from reception. The shuttle bus to the gondola is always available so saves having to walk back albeit it is not much of a walk. There are two ski shops. Marcia sport (the hotel gives you a discount) or the one at the gondola station which inghams use. My only issue is the hotel was mainly Italians so not many English to chat to in the evening. Bars in Pinzolo were excellent. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you"

"Have stayed several times over the past few years. This is a Superb hotel, perfect location and wonderful staff. The hotel is beautifully situated right opposite the slopes and very close to ski hire. Campo Carlo Magno sits above Madonna Di Campiglio with very easy access to all of the immaculately prepared slopes and lifts. Mario and team are great, always willing to help. shuttle service to and from the Groste lift luxurious. Hotel rooms are spacious, fantastic views, lovely balcony. The spa is absolutely perfect - pool, hydro massage jets, foot spa, sauna, steam room, warm room, cold room, lifestyle showers. Herbal tea and fruit and nut snacks freely available - ideal relaxation after day on the slopes. Highly recommend, look forward to coming back in the summer and seeing the beautiful dolomites!"

"BEWARE & TAKE CARE : FEBRUARY 2024 1) They lost (yes LOST!) my passport, despite taking secure posession of it when checking in and then confirming they did not have it, in front of witnesses. 2) Staff are selling their own private goods to guests - again witnessed by myself and other guests. 3) They had not bothered to ensure the night porter was aware of how to find keys to the secure and locked storage room, so he was unable to retrieve property for some condiderable time. 4) A fellow traveller found her ski helmet missing and had to push the management to show her CCTV to identify the culprit. So either at best a Hotel that is badly managed and has poor communication and security and at worst potential petty crimilality ? I and others are seperately writing to Ski Crystal management to highlight these matters. Appalling."

"Hotel Cristina is an immaculate family run hotel. My initial impression, even before I arrived, was excellent as they responded very quickly to my various questions. I booked for 3 people and then changed my request to include a 4th person, and they were very accommodating and provided a 2nd room when we arrived. The bedrooms are well equipped with a safe, fridge, lots of hanging space in the wardrobes, hooks for coats etc and we were provided with a kettle on request. We had double doors which opened on to a large balcony. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The wet area was wonderful - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam etc. There was an area to sit and relax with tea, water and fruit and nuts provided. The meals were excellent with plenty of choice. We also found the alcoholic drinks to be very reasonably priced. The staff throughout the hotel - restaurant, cleaners, spa were friendly and efficient without being intrusive. There was secure storage for ski equipment I can't recommend this hotel enough."

Don't miss out on their homemade gelato (rich, creamy, and full of flavor). THE BEST IN TOWN! Frutti di bosco was my personal favorite. The pool area is clean and very well-maintained and the spa/wellness center is top-notch. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. "Location: Convenient at heart of hamlet. Slope to gondola across street. Ski hire 50m up one street, supermarket 50m down same street. Lift ticket office is 100m down the street, and is also location of gondola. This can be skied to from across the street. Other gondola is 50m on same side of street. Service: Ski locket and drying room in basement. Excellent restaurant. We booked half board and choice for breakfast is great, and dinner is top class, worthy of 5 star restaurant. Manager and all staff very extremely friendly and smiling, and really makes one feel welcomed. Manager went above and beyond when Mrs injured herself on slope, organising to personally pick her up from base of mountain. All staff expressed concern and offered help (ice, assistance etc) whenever they saw Mrs limping. This is a level of service I sincerely appreciate and cannot be grateful enough."
