"I had a wonderful solo vacation at the hotel. Having breakfast while looking at the snow-capped mountains was fantastic. The lunch at the Italian restaurant was also excellent. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site, but I didn't get a reservation and couldn't eat there. Hopefully, I'll have the chance next time. The hotel is very therapeutic; you can participate in sauna, stretching, yoga, and other classes. I even went skiing. They provide transportation and car rentals. The spa was also amazing and incredibly relaxing."

"We recently went for dinner at the restaurant. We were greeted very well by the lady bartender. However, the service by the tall waiter was awful. We tried to get his attention several times, but he ignored us. The food was good, the price didn't meet our expectations considering the terrible service from the waiter. Ownership should address this."

"Booked via crystal holidays. Arrived very late and was welcomed by lovey staff. Shown to room at 11.00 pm. We had a standard room with balcony , however, the room was EXTREMELY small, lacking in decor and very claustrophobic! It was freezing cold as the bathroom window had obviously been left opened all day and night. At that time of night we couldn’t do anything about it despite trying to turn on or up heating , to no avail Spent a miserable night as the bedding was inadequate with no surplus blankets in the room We asked for a bigger room and a warmer room for the next 6 nights, ( at a cost to us of 300euros)!! which was better and offered better comfort and heat Staff are lovely and the hotel itself is spotless. Food was of a very good standard. Hotel bar was pretty lifeless, maybe just the time of year Spa facilities are of a good quality but the timings allocated for children is not adhered to and at times was so loud and not at all offering the quiet relaxing area advertised in the pool area To be fair the staff at the spa did ask the children to leave but their parents really didn’t enforce until the staff had to ask them for a second time on many occasions. Overall lovely hotel, nice staff , spotlessly clean, and a great big shout out to the taxi guy taking us to the slopes and back every day"

"Great stay at Dolomeet Boutique Hotel. The hotel staff is super professional. Since the first day we experienced hospitality and kindness. They do a great job 👏. Delicious fresh breakfast and free afternoon snacks. Hotel is clean and well equipped. Wellness area with dry and wet saunas, jacuzzi and chill zone. Hotel is located on very quiet zone, very close to ski station (5min walk in ski boots) and the city centre. Wi-fi works pretty well. Hotel’s outside parking is free, however you can pay extra for underground parking. I do recommend it for both families and couples."

"Excellent service, magnificent views from the balcony and a comfortable, modern room. The spa and pool were as beautiful as they look in the photos, and dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. The 30-minute walk into Madonna di Campiglio was also picturesque. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here on a Crystal package holiday at the beginning of March. The hotel is a bit out of town, but the free shuttle bus got us to and from the ski lift in less than 5 minutes, so wasn't a problem. The hotel has a nice interior, and has a lively bar with reasonable prices. The rooms are a bit basic, but are more than adequate. The food was pretty good all week, although they should offer a buffet on the party night as serving a three course meal during the 'disco' didn't really work. The staff were attentive and friendly and a special shout out to our lovely waiter Christian and his football chats. Pinzolo is a nice town and has a good ski area. I would return."
