"The worst experience ever - I have made a reservation, confirmed by phone then got a confirmation by e-mail. But when when we arrived the lady at the reception was not interested, said they made a mistake and told us we should go somewhere else. Did not give us a room and sent us away with no explanation."

"Loved our stay there, the renovated room was awesome, the breakfast was rich, very good service of all hotel staff, close enough to the city center. Definitely recommended for a stay in Pisek. The only missing item worth considering adding are safes in the rooms."

"Fantastic receptionist who couldn’t do enough for us. Travelled from Austria through torrential rain so took a chance on a last minute booking to get out of weather. We were not disappointed The hotel was very clean and the rooms were modern and spotless. We had a problem with a broken mobile telephone and the receptionist showed us where we could get help then recommended local restaurants The breakfast was fantastic and the same lady on reception put out a fantastic spread. Really liked the hotel and the small town it’s in"
