"You can see the facilities here, the bed was terrible, the mattress was old and awful. On top of that, there was hammering from 6:50 AM because they were doing renovations, and the front desk clerk said it wasn't there, but I have a video proving otherwise. It's unbelievable that they deceive us like this; everything looked so nice in the pictures, but the reality is completely different. We couldn't even use the elevator on the first day because it was being repaired, according to reception. Plus, the breakfasts were very simple with no variety. Honestly, I feel scammed."

"Myself and my husband stayed here from the 3rd to the 11th of June 2022. We loved this place. Hotel is full of character and so is the village it is in. It’s a family run hotel and we felt like one of the family, they were all so nice and very friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and the home cooked Italian food was delicious. We didn’t have a car but there is a bus stops outside the hotel every hour and it brought us right into the heart of menaggio where we were able to get a boat to all the lovely towns on lake Como. Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely holiday. We hope to go back again sometime. Colette and David Harpur"
