"We spent 15 fantastic days in complete relaxation. Excellent welcome from the front office. Thanks go to the entire structure, from the reception to the kind and always available restaurant staff, a particular thanks to Mr. Raffaele and Mr. Marco who have a real and his own passion that makes his work unique and unforgettable. The structure is convenient and comfortable. The room was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. I thank the cleaners. The breakfast was very rich and assorted, with the possibility of sweet and savory options. Excellent catering as the chef has never repeated himself and has always proposed successful land/sea combinations with excellent products. Hotel equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, associated Lido, spa, padel courts, and bicycles. We were able to enjoy a truly sea spent in a beach 400 meters from the structure. The experience was positive and I recommend this hotel to those who want to spend a few days of relaxation. We just have to wait for the 2024 holidays to return. Thank you Hotel Eraclea!"

" Regarding the holiday spent at the facility, I wanted to make some observations: 1) Abandoned facility, poorly maintained and dirty on the outside. 2) bedroom with bathtub very difficult to enter. 3) Position of the TV lateral to the position of the bed. 4) Insufficient beach towels to cover the needs of those present in the structure (some days we could not change them because they ran out. 5) Poorly maintained and unclean beach (umbrellas at least 300/400 meters away from the shore). To have the first row we were asked for an additional twenty euros. 5) Some old and dirty beach loungers. 6) Solarium without umbrellas (only one for the lifeguard) 7) swimming pool not suitable for children after three steps you reach two meters. 8) Bar service at the pool without table service, terrible at the seaside closing at 7pm. 9) Let's say a good but repetitive restaurant, always the same type of pasta with only a change in seasoning. 10) Wellness center closed. 11) Floors inside the structure with many visible cracks. A positive note is the internal car park. In conclusion, in my modest point of view, the services are not five star. I attach some photos where it confirms the above mentioned."
