I travel a lot and the friendly, helpful service from the moment I walked into the lobby was exceptional. Above and beyond what I consider excellent. I have owned service hospitality businesses and I am very fussy so when I experience exceptional service then I believe it should be acknowledged. I would like to acknowledge the owner, Cristina and Ivo at the reception whose friendly professional service was exceptional. I was treated like family. The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location at a very reasonable price. I shall be visiting Pombal again only if there is vacancy at Belemhotel. Highly recommended Lee Porter"

"We recently had a one night stay before we travelled home after visiting family locally and cannot recommend it enough. Ines was absolutely wonderful, couldn't have been a more perfect host. We chose to stay and have dinner which was a lovely selection of grilled meats, bread and fresh salad. Breakfast was equally good. We had an evening flight the next day and there was no rush or push for us to leave we were allowed to use the pool and the main house and it meant our travel day still felt like a full holiday day. A really special place to stay."
