"I was trying to cancel the room due to a family emergency. I asked for the manager and was told that no one is allowed to speak to the manager. I was sent back and forth trying to figure out how to cancel and after calling over and over for days, they agreed to a partial refund.  The hassle I had to go through made me wish I never booked here in the first place. I can only imagine what would’ve happened if I did show up and needed help. Why wouldn’t I be able to talk to a manager? Definitely not worth it."
