"The staff was very friendly, the rooms were average for the price. DO NOT EVEN TAKE A MINUTE OF THE RESTAURANT. Breakfast was the same every day, the quality was poor, the variety was limited, and the price was very high. Lunch was cold and not even reheated properly, with small portions."

"Convenient hotel very close to the railway station and right in the city centre. Was a night stay. The room was comfy. The receptionist was very polite on my arrival. I left the premises by 7:30 the next morning but the reception was unstaffed."

"We don't even know where to start. We initially spoke on the phone to confirm our reservation and explained that we were 4 adults and 1 child, so we needed 2 rooms. We had two rooms but they got mad at us because we hadn't mentioned the child when we made the reservation over the phone. We mentioned it so much that what they told us was that they didn't have room for an extra bed. We agreed that the 5-year-old child would sleep with us because it was only for one night. We were placed on the 6th floor, rooms 601 and 602. Avoid this floor at all costs. It must be the forgotten floor. The cleaning is terrible. In fact, it didn't even look like it had been cleaned. It's the building's attic, so you can imagine what it must be like. One of the rooms with a shower had a door that wouldn't open. In the morning, be prepared to wake up to the noise of everything and anything because we could hear everything from one room to another. Garage on floor -2 of the building, forget about large cars or have little experience, don't even try, terrible and they charge €10 per day. In short, never to be repeated."

Hotel Rural Campaniola

"As Camino travellers, 3 days into our journey, staying at this lovely small hotel, right on the Camino was just the respite that we needed! Wonderful well-appointed rooms including boot/shoe warmers for our wet shoes! We scheduled a massage which was so convenient to have right in the hotel. They offered laundry service which was completed in 4 hours, how nice to have fresh clothes for the remainder of our trip. Onsite indoor sauna was wonderful. Indoor Hot tub is also available. Lovely restaurant and delicious pilgrims breakfast with fresh yogurt, fruits, pastries, I believe this hotel has 14 rooms so they are able to offer a high level of customer service. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this gem."
