"The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services. Staying on the lake side means checking in and out in the main building. You can book a restaurant dinner at reception, but if you dare ask for an outdoor table, you can't choose one unless you go to the restaurant and ask the waiter. The welcome at the restaurant is terrible. The waiter decides on the tables based on his acquaintances. You queue politely, but if a lady who knows you arrives, everything stops. If you stay in the lakeside property and need water in the evening, there's no room service. In short, it seems like you're not a guest to be pampered, but they're the ones doing you a favor."

"Very neat and clean facility. The comfortable rooms with home automation, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice shower. I really appreciated the presence of a kettle in the room and the variety of products in the mini bar. In the area where there is the swimming pool, sauna area and solarium there is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very professional and kind. I highly recommend it."

"I stayed at this hotel at the end of August. The location is good because it’s next to a market, walking distance to downtown, and there are restaurants nearby but these are the only good qualities. I’m not sure why it states it’s a 4 star when really it should be a 3 star. It’s old, has very little services, and the people who work there are not friendly. The rooms are clean but the walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I am not going to stay here again."

"Not sure how 4 stars are given to a hotel but this hotel is NOT 4 stars but at best 2 stars. Very disappointed!! This hotel has not been maintained in over 10 years plus! Guest room are old, they have mold smell, the showers door rusted, the furniture must be from the 70s on how old they are. Overall a very poorly maintained hotel. The other thing upsetting is that you cannot go to the beach before 830am!! The management does not allow. If you want to have an early morning stroll on the beautiful beach you cannot! Why?"
