Gorgeous comfy big bed, stunning water views. 10/10 shower. Fancy day beds by the pool. Hotel reception bar offers a selection of drinks, including nice wine and premixed cocktails. Lots of local information and recommendation available upon scanning the QR code in our room. Plenty of parking, and within easy walking distance to everything the town has to offer."

"I rate this resort 4/5 stars. The resort is in an excellent location, across the road from beautiful Fingal Bay Beach. Parking is on the doorstep of your apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious. The pool area was lovely. The ground well kept, great play area for younger families. I travelled with my family and 2 other families (3 apartments & 13 people in total). The only issue after staying 4 nights is the rock hard beds. I have terrible neck/shoulder/back pain. Other family/friends also are worse for wear and would recommend sleeping on the lounge... The beds looked like they were in new condition, however, if you can't sleep on them, they are useless. For this reason, we won't be returning, which I am a little disappointed as everything else was perfect."

"Great customer service & WiFi. Spa Cabin was a great size, beds very comfortable, great park, walks and views. Swimming pool looked great but too cold for us - undercover parking Cabin was older style and had been partly renovated, and some areas disappointing, very small tv with many channels audio only, bathroom dirty seemed to be dirt coming in from roof. Rusty fittings, blinds too small for window in bedroom, Lounge very uncomfortable- 2 seater for 4 berth cabin. Should be great when renovations are completed."

"As we stayed in one of the new cabins, Clean, fresh , no problems other than 3 different tvs to try & learn , couldn’t get normal tv for the 1st night, but the three other family groups that stayed were mucked around by the cleaners,, the bbq on the deck of the Airstream were left uncleaned, the tray underneath was full of water & oil which is dangerous, the bedding in both vans are hard as a rock, the bedding in the other cabin needed replacing ( badly stained) , The Airstream vans ( Both) have never been washed or polished since they were put there, we have all stayed before with no problems, so the team need to pick up there game, or we will never be back !!"

"The accomodation was old and dirty. The outdoor area was filthy. Beds uncomfortable and pillows had mould on them and out of date.The kitchen utensils dirty this was the worst stay our family has had. We go away to various places in nsw and qld around 6 times a year. We will definitely never book here again. On the plus side Anna Bay and Nelson Bay have great beaches and really good places to eat. Do yourself a favour and book accommodation elsewhere."

"No stove, dish washing machine or any usable power points. No laundry facilities .Power board in kitchen tripped if anything else was plugged in as well as the ancient unsafe solid twin solid hot plates which took at least 15 minutes to boil water in order to poach eggs. The TV worked after 2 phone calls to owner. No towel rail in bathroom except for the remains of a previous one. Shower over a good but deep spa bath with no hand rail-quite hazardous for an 87 year old. Hazardous few steps and rough concrete path an then broken tiles to front porch. The owner couldn’t guarantee that the BBQ was operating. The property screamed lack of maintenance with broken louvred on front door blind, weeds between pavers on patio and gritty floor in bedroom at least We left after the first of three nights"

"We met friends and all caravanned together at this wonderful park. The team were so helpful getting all the groups together and making the experience just wonderful. The park is well managed, clean and with bathroom facilities matching an upmarket hotel, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The group enjoyed all that the area had to offer and will all be back!"
