I called the hotel many times and didn't contact the hotel by adding the hotel whatsapp. I found a hotel near the location for more than an hour and didn't find it. It brought me a very bad travel experience and finally could not book another hotel. Bring me time, money and mental loss. Finally, I applied to the Trip.com platform to refund the room fee.
