"The service was good and the owners were kind and accommodating. I arranged flowers to be delivered to them in advance before I even arrive, they agreed to do it and even placed it neatly in my room. It was quiet and peaceful. The location of the establishment is great for someone who wants to get away from the busy side of Prachinburi. The pictures doesn't show, but the rooms already have mini refrigerators. The only downside is that the nearest 7/11 is pretty far so it's better to buy everything that you would need in 7/11 to avoid going back and forth. Overall, our stay was good and I can recommend this hotel to people who has their own car/motorcycle."

"1. Understaffed. If you manage to find a staff member, be prepared to wait. Complaining won't help. 2. Only one restaurant, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM. I ordered dinner at 5:15 PM and had to ask to go back to my room to wait (sitting outside in the wind, I started to feel unwell). The food arrived around 7:20 PM – by then, I'd lost my appetite, and the dish didn't even match the picture. If you want to eat out, the nearest 7-Eleven is 5-7 km away. 3. I recommend against booking a villa. There's absolutely nothing in the room, not even a sofa to sit on – you have to sit on the bed. The bathroom's bathtub is like a huge pond, but it takes forever to fill. If you want a bath in the evening, you'd need to start filling it by 1 PM at the very least (the water pressure is weak). There's a balcony, but it's practically useless as there's nowhere to sit and relax. If you're okay with sitting on the floor, fine, or bring your own chairs. (We got room V112, which the resort upgraded us to because our original booking was for a triangle house – we wanted a view – and they told us everything in that room was unusable, so they 'specially' upgraded us. Honestly, after seeing the villa, I wished I had a regular room with no view, which would have been half the price). 4. Most of the lighting in the remote villa area is very dim. If you're lucky enough to get a room with a working light outside, consider yourself fortunate. There are no flashlights in the room, so keep your phone with you at all times for safety. 5. All amenities are provided and refilled daily, including bottled water. The room was clean. The bed is a matter of personal preference, so no comment. 6. The resort grounds are nice, suitable for those who enjoy peace and quiet, cycling, jogging, and swimming. I recommend booking bicycles early in the morning before anyone else, as there are only a handful of good ones. 7. Perhaps we just had bad luck with a poorly-equipped villa. Honestly, I'm fifty-fifty on recommending this place because we solved the problem by not staying in the room at all. We spent our days exploring Khao Yai, even though our initial plan was to chill, enjoy the view, relax, and work from home at the resort. 8. I hope the resort makes improvements; you have so much potential."
