"The staff are the kindest most helpful people. They were so welcoming and always tried to help, even when the didn’t understand fully. Enough people spoke English that we always had someone to help us. The whole stay was personalized to the number of guests in the room, to the number of towels, how the beds were set up, even the greeting on the tv. Highly recommend. The food is amazing at the restaurant as well. "

"The receptionist told me it was ok to cancel if i did it right away. I was forced to to phone you and you phoned the receptionist back to confirm that cancel was ok. The answer was ok. as u phoned her u got the name and confirmation i heard that u where asking for her nsme in the phone. I did not thought i will be screwed like this after my phone call with you and your confirm from hotel receptionist. in my eyes it does not matter if manager make another desicion. If he refuse it is a scam and you would let this hotel be in a ”black list”. He did it a scam or receptionist with a lie! this is a matter of principal! i will reply further on. Dont make more booking before u settle this i think it is outrages and hope you and the hotel will be serios and make the right decision."
