We are steps away from the Sound and the public boat access ( there is a great park for the kids attached to the boat access). We are a 3 minute walk to the beach. PLUS we have spent the beginning of the Summer putting in our new heated and cooled pool! Perfect for a family pool day. The house is about a mile away from the hussel and bussel of town so you can enjoy the quiet but close enough to run to the store if you need anything. (or have it delivered.
