"Everything was great: great location, great service, clean and comfortable (some might find the space a bit small, but I thought it was fine for one person). The only downside was the lack of an elevator; I had to ask a handsome young man to help me carry my luggage up to the third floor. The hotel is located in the old town, on cobblestone streets that are difficult to navigate, so dragging my luggage was a bit tiring!"

"I stayed in this hotel for one night on a solo trip around Eastern Europe and was very happy with it and under €40 including breakfast you would have to say it's a bargain. The hotel looked good from the outside and the reception area was impressive too and when I got to my room it was all good. Breakfast the next morning was served to me when I arrived rather than buffet, but I was fine with that and it was good. Prizren is really lovely once you get to the Old Town and this hotel is very close so it's an easy walk. Thanks, Irish Travel Man."

"We loved our stay in the Triumf hotel. It was our first time in Kosovo and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The location was brilliant right near the stone bridge in the centre of Prizren near lots of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the fortress. They helped us get a taxi at the end of our stay which was much appreciated. Thank you staff at the Triumf hotel!"

"When we checked in, they gave us the basement level room rather than the advertised "high-floor with city view". Then I discovered the hairdryer was hanging off the wall by some exposed wires OVER THE SINK! They quickly changed us over to a second room, still at basement. This room had skirting board that was ripped from the wall with nails exposed, and the balcony glass door was cracked from top to bottom and not replaced. The next day, they forgot to service our room (probably due to change of room and did not update their system) while we were out for 6+ hours, but blamed us for not giving them the permission to enter the room to clean the room. Our fellow traveller had her room cleaned and she did not give permission! It was just a poor excuse to blame us rather than admit fault. Definitely not 4-star as advertised, don't waste your money."
