"Beautiful setting-spectacular views. This hotel is on several outdoor independent tiers. Rooms were very nice BUT! our bathroom did not drain the water…. reason being no gradient to the floor. It didn’t take ages to drain…. just didn’t. We used multiple towers to channel the water to the drain, & required towels left on the floor for overnight toilet visits. A Significant SAFETY concern. Yes we reported it & were offered another room further down the site however it was raining & outdoor surface was crazy paving & not enough hand rails….another Significant SAFETY concern. Staff were lovely at all times even whilst trying to convey our concerns. Restaurant had some issues with getting the orders correct & delivered….. no other restaurants close by. No drink/snack service by the pool…. this hotel has so much potential & i really hope the issues can be addressed."

"We loved our stay here. The setting is truly out of this world; its so beautiful. We had misty days, but in some ways that was so perfect. We found the service at reception and at meals to be exceptional. The food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious; the shower was great. The infinity pool was clean and refreshing after a full day of cycling through local villages to get to the waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here, and would highly recommend this accommodation to others."
