"Close to the airport and pet-friendly hotel! The hotel is located in a safe area, about a 15-20 minute drive from Quito airport. The grounds are very large and fenced. The hotel itself is designed in a colonial style. There are several lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors. There's a pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, and billiards. The room was very clean. I was happy that we could stay with our dog without an extra charge! Breakfast was also included in the room rate. For breakfast, there were fresh fruits, yogurts, smoothies, and a standard selection. The staff speaks English and are friendly and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere is very calm and safe."

"We had a delightful stay in this beautiful, quiet hacienda. The gardens are lovely and the food is delicious. Its location near the airport is very convenient for early or late flights. Elizabeth and Rafael made us feel so welcome we felt like we were almost in our own home and would love to go back to visit again."

"The Hotel looked very nice and clean , the staff very hospitable however the disappointment came when we had a meal in the restaurant , the food was very good and the staff excellent but in the restaurant was 2 dogs walking around , one scratching , possibly with fleas and the other coming to the table for food . I found this very unhygienic and unacceptable , the staff were well aware of the dogs as they walked around them , the dogs were not blind guide dogs. The second disappointment was the room , although well appointed it was in need of some maintenance ie the tpas in the bathroom sing were both loose and difficult to turn, it is a shame that these 2 problems distracted from what could been a very nice stay"

"We stayed here one night before our flight and were happy with our choice. The airport transfer worked well. Otherwise, the location is rather mediocre if you want to do anything in Quito. We paid an extra $37 for early check-in and breakfast. The pool could be a bit cleaner. However, the gym is great, and there are very cute llamas roaming around outside."

"One word to sum up our two nights here…. Beautiful! This place is unbelievable. Beautiful grounds to walk, wonderful staff, FABULOUS meals and the rooms are gorgeous. The antiques are beautiful and novel. If you’re looking for a tv though, none in the rooms. We were okay with that. We would stay here again!!"
