"Very nice resort with high quality equipment. Very nice are also the pool and the pool bar. Super we also found the fitness area. Very large and excellently equipped. We found it not so nice that there was little daylight in our room (standard room in the ground floor) and the restaurant. At breakfast and dinner were not all the options good. The staff at the restaurant was very overloaded at times of impact. Consequently, lack of coordination and long waiting times. However, they were always very friendly. We would always be asked proactively for allergies, but the answer (no wheat) to it was always ignored and not taken into account at any time. A frechness was the breakfast to go, when we had to go before breakfast: a untoasted flavorless toast bread and a apple for say and write 15 USD. That's not possible! What has disturbed us very much is the hotel's client, or at least part of it that is most negative: larger groups of Americans, for holidays is equal to a collective beauty. These groups were always very noisy at the pool and restaurant accordingly. That has made the relaxation partly impossible."

"We stayed here for five nights either side of a trip to Corcovado. We had a waterside room with a kitchen terrace. Communication in advance was excellent. Support during our visit was also very good. The room was clean and as we expected and the kitchen terrace exceeded our expectations. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought - more of a spa pool - but watching the sun rise over the river with Scarlet Macaws chattering overhead, colourful tanagers perching on our wall and kingfishers and herons on the river - I honestly couldn't ask for more!"

"We had the feeling of disturbing when we arrived, the questions were wrong. The owner is a smart pleasure to terrorize his clients with anxious stories and has a lot of trouble to spend your stay. If you want a safe place, I do not recommend. "

"We were forced to reschedule our entire trip due to the rain alert in the country, and they changed the dates without any problems. Upon arrival, they gave us a room superior to the one we had booked. We especially appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Jean Carlos, who gave us directions, guided us along the (sometimes impassable) roads, and explained the culture and way of life of the region. The communal kitchen is perfectly equipped and very practical, given the limited restaurant options in the surrounding area."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home and scenery are breathtaking and something we'll never forget. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, A/C, dishwasher, washer & dryer, excellent water pressure, a water cooler, and great Wi-Fi. Richie truly made our vacation unforgettable. He went above and beyond with every request, even taking our laundry daily while the washer and dryer awaited parts. The house, pool, and hot tub were beautifully maintained throughout our 12-day stay. The best part was disconnecting from technology and reconnecting as a family. We barely used our phones because we were enjoying nature and making memories. Richie even took us to his hometown on his day off, giving us an authentic Costa Rican experience we'll always cherish. Diego's meals were outstanding, Marcela was incredibly helpful, and everyone treated us like family. We can't wait to return!"

"Super nice hotel very clean and central, and cheap. Good air conditioning, warm and strong shower, comfortable beds. The family is very helpful and kind. The price is definitely very low for the quality of the room and of the service. It really feels like being at home. You can help yourself with tea, coffee and cacao."
