"We stayed in the top floor for a few nights so we could explore the Rincon area. The unit was clean and well equipped. The unit had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. It had a designated parking spot, a private patio and a community rooftop place to hang out. Communication with the host was excellent. You could walk to restaurants, bars, surf shops, coffee shops and the beach."

"That guest-house is beautifull surpunded by a green and peacefull area with a nice pool .Palm très Coconut trees and a vue on the see since the balcons.It is clean, well located .Everything was ease going with John, the owner who where very helpfull and available to answer to me when needed.Professional and relax at the same time. The breakfast include mixt of fresh local fruits and is complet. I could walk around alone ,Sandy beach is very near some restaurants to are not so far.With a car in 5 to 10 minutes I could go the the center of Rincón visit the nice church, go to drink coco water on sunday morning in the parc , go to other beach es and many more possibilities."
