The sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows was incredibly comfortable. The bedding felt soft, like sinking into a cloud, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a perfect dry/wet area, and the toiletries were lightly scented and reassuring. The most surprising thing was that every time I casually left my coat on the bed before leaving, it was neatly folded and placed by the bedside upon my return. This subtle touch of thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming."

There were three adults and one baby. We booked 2 rooms in advance. I saw that Chagan Lake had a lake opening ceremony and some activities starting at 9:50 in the morning. The order information said that we could check in at 2 pm. I called the sister at the front desk in advance. The sister said that we could check in early and turned on the air conditioner in advance. It was very warm. When we arrived at the front desk, the sister was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. She also told us where there were many people and fun. She also specially arranged a room on the second floor with stairs. The room has a small balcony, which is very good and convenient. I especially thank the sister at the front desk for being very nice. The hotel is very warm. The hotel comes with breakfast, and the breakfast in the morning is very rich. Next time I come to Chagan Lake, I will book their place. It's a very good stay experience. The business of the hotel is booming. Chagan Lake is a good choice for off-peak May Day travel. I'm happy😃"
