I caught a cold from washing! There is a temple opposite the hotel, which woke us up at 6am. In short, the price is not proportional to the service... I don't recommend staying here. There is a homestay opposite the hotel, and the environment feels similar. I will not choose here next time!"

Now, let's talk about the unpleasant aspects: The lobby and underground parking garage have an indescribable odor! First, I asked for disposable slippers, and a security guard brought them—no packaging, clearly used slippers with visible wear marks on the heels. I called the front desk, and the same thing happened again. Is this what you'd expect from an international hotel? Next, the room facilities don't match the hotel's overall image. There were no slippers, and while some rooms had them in the hotel brochures (menu, etc.), others didn't. Third, showering was a nightmare—the water was constantly switching between cold and hot. Calling the front desk didn't resolve the issue… Finally, the breakfast selection was pitifully small. The restaurant staff were mostly middle-aged women. They had masks and chef's hats, but when they handed out the noodles, their fingers were practically shoving into the noodles! Previous reviews mentioned a coffee machine, but it's not there! There were no room keys! After all, it's a hotel in a scenic area, and while they said they had trained their staff on issues related to the area, it doesn't seem to have been effective! Overall, the "International Hotel" doesn't live up to its reputation; it falls short of the advertising positioning on Ctrip."
