However, the service doesn't match its class. Firstly, having stayed in many hotels with two children, aged 5 and 10, I've noticed that most offer breakfast for kids without even asking. This is the only hotel that refused to provide it even after we asked. It's fine if they don't offer it, we can buy our own, but breakfast in the morning is practically a free-for-all. With so many guests, why not prepare in advance? We went for breakfast around 8 am and didn't get to eat until almost 9 am, not because it was particularly delicious, but because you have to wait, otherwise there's nothing left! The food was served on large, empty plates, and then a huge crowd of people walked into the restaurant – you can imagine the scene. There was also a minor incident, as shown in the video, involving a leak in the bathroom. The bathroom started dripping after we returned to the hotel around 10 PM. We called the front desk to have someone come and check it, but no one came by midnight. Finally, we had no choice but to put a cloth under the leak to prevent it from making noise, otherwise the constant dripping would have made it impossible to sleep all night. These are the problems I encountered at this hotel, and I can say with certainty that I will not be returning."
