"I booked a business class room, but the service was terrible. Ctrip showed it was available for an upgrade, but when I checked in, I asked, and they said the upgrade was sold out. The executive room Ctrip listed as available wasn't even fully booked. They then said they only offered an upgrade if the room they booked wasn't available. That's ridiculous! I paid for the room, but you sold it, and now I'm out of room. Shouldn't I get an upgrade? Then they said they upgraded me to an executive room. See Figure 1 for the upgraded executive room. Not only was I not upgraded, but I was downgraded to the worst room available. The room was so small I couldn't even fit my suitcases. The executive room description in Figure 4 shows the one I was looking at. Also, the window was only 20 to 30 centimeters wide. I wonder if that was intentional? I asked for a street-facing room, but they gave me one. I asked if the two rooms I booked could be put together, but they said they only had king-size beds on the same floor. I said yes, it was the same price, but they said I had to cancel and rebook. Absolutely terrible! I've never seen a hotel like this before, and it's truly enlightening. Secondly, the shower didn't drain, so I could only soak my feet after a short shower. Thirdly, the bed was protruding, and the room was small, so it was easy to bump my legs. The funniest thing is that I used over 10,000 Ctrip points to book a room, so the final payment was only 160, and people were complaining about spending 160! If you have the guts, why don't you just turn off the points payment option? You're so hypocritical!"

"We drove to Jiangbulak to Qitai County. We saw a bad review on the Trip.com platform. We felt a little confused. We stayed in and felt very good. The room facilities and the hotel were far from catching up. It was very complete, dry and wet separation, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The furniture is solid wood. The waiter is not Han, and it is in place. The hotel has its own building and more than enough parking spaces. If you want to make comments, the carpet is 50% new and you can consider changing it."

"Comment: If you're heading to Jambylak, choosing this place should be a pleasant surprise! Environment: We drove here ourselves, planning to visit Jambylak the next day. We were drawn in by the RV park's advertising and the affordable price, so we decided to experience it. It's really close to the scenic spot; you can easily spot the distinctive 'space capsules' and RVs. We stayed in a standard room with a window offering beautiful views! This area is truly stunning. We also checked out the RVs. From the outside, they look small, but inside, they're surprisingly spacious and fully equipped. An RV could easily accommodate four or five people. There's also a large area between the RVs where you could pitch a tent or have a barbecue, which is fantastic! Transportation: There isn't a map point currently, but you can find it using the navigation from your booking platform. It's extremely close to Jambylak, practically around the corner! Service: The owner is super nice! The day we arrived, Jambylak experienced snow and a drop in temperature, and the owner thoughtfully provided us with an extra comforter. The water temperature in the room was excellent – from hot to cold, no problems at all."
