"From the moment we arrived, our experience at Rixos Murjana was exceptional in every sense. We were welcomed and personally checked in by Ahmed Al-Maghrabi, the hotel manager, who set the tone for our entire stay. He was incredibly kind, generous, and professional, but what truly stood out was his attentiveness. He consistently checked in on guests, made us feel genuinely cared for, and treated us like family. It’s rare to encounter that level of personal attention, and it made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a lovely, consistent aroma that adds a subtle but memorable touch. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and very well lit, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. In the evenings, live music—whether violin or piano—adds a special charm that elevates the entire experience. Our suite was outstanding. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything was spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the stay was consistently high. The balcony was a lovely addition, and the bathrooms—there were two in the suite—were both spacious and very well finished. The shower was excellent, and the bathrobes were incredibly soft and absorbent. Small details were also thoughtfully handled, such as providing toothbrushes and toothpaste, and high-quality amenities from L'Occitane, which added to the feeling of comfort and luxury. The dining experience was another highlight. The all-inclusive buffet was genuinely delicious, offering a wide variety of breads, cheeses, hot and cold dishes that cater to every taste. Whether someone prefers healthy options or more indulgent choices, everything is available and well presented. The dessert section in particular looked amazing. We would also like to mention Naif Abu Sultan at the buffet, as well as the hostess—both were very kind and contributed to the pleasant experience. In addition, the coffee at the Godiva café was excellent, and the fact that it was included was a very nice surprise. Room service was also consistently delicious. What truly stood out throughout the stay was the staff. Every single person—from housekeeping to room service—was warm, polite, and genuinely kind. What makes this even more impressive is that the hotel was fully booked during our stay, yet the level of service never dropped. The team remained attentive, professional, and welcoming at all times, which speaks volumes about the quality of management and training. The outdoor experience was just as memorable. The beach area is beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy wonderful weather. Watching the sunset there was a highlight, especially with the long dock extending into the water, where guests can walk and take in the view—it’s a truly peaceful and scenic setting. The spa is another major strength of the hotel. It offers a wide range of facilities including a swimming pool with a relaxing seating area, sauna, jacuzzi, ice room"
