"We stayed with our dog for 4 nights. The apartment was modern and well-maintained. The location was excellent. The staff (Luca and Davide) were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the cleaning service (oven, glass, and trash) needed improvement between guest changes. We highly recommend this property!"

"We loved this hotel!!! My husband and I eloped at Lake Braies this spring and decided to stay at this hotel and we are so glad we did. It is family owned and they really put so much effort into making your stay special. Upon arrival, they had upgraded our room to a suite that was amazing! When we came back from our wedding ceremony they had a lovely card, a bottle of prosecco, and some chocolates set out in our room. They also had our dinner table decorated that evening and it was lovely. It is in a great location and we toured around from town to town taking in different sights and eating great food. The only thing that left us disappointed is that we did not spend more time here. We unfortunately didn't get to use any of the spa amenities but they looked amazing. This hotel was very family friendly with lots of kids running around and playing. We do not have children but this did not bother us in any way. The staff were great and would interact with the children and it was overall a really great and welcoming environment. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the Dolomites."
