Still very new and in development, but well worth staying at, especially since they ar very close to the national park. Het hotel has an excellent transfer service, which also provides the safari trips together with their own guide Raj."

"Jungle Safari Resort in Chitwan National Park exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable, immersed in nature yet incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and felt like a true retreat after a day of exploring. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, with a beautiful lush garden and a refreshing pool that adds to the overall experience. What really stood out was the tailored service, every detail was taken care of, including seamless airport pickup and jungle safaris and canoe rides. "We (four adults and two kids) arrived in the jungle crowne on monday evening and departed on wednesday morning (june 2024. Summarizing the key likes and suggestions for improvement : 1) location: conveniently located in sauraha, elephant safari point is less than 5 mins drive and jeep safari start location is a little more than 5 mins drive 2) ample parking space in the hotel: we drove to this hotel from india (ranchi) and had sufficient space for safe parking. 3) room size: pretty spacious for a family of two adults and two kids, bathroom was also decent in size. 4) amenities: swimming pool was okay and food quality in general was good (veg, non veg food (fish, chicken) left more to be desired. 5) bathroom amenities and layout: hanger position should be changed from the current one just on top of the western commode. Hand towels and a foot towel/mat should be provided. Of the two flush buttons (long and short, one (short) didn't seem to work. 5) internet connectivity: maybe it was due to the rain/wind, but we had no internet and no tv for almost the entire second day."

Not only was the price reasonable and the hotel clean and hygienic, but the environment was also excellent, the facilities met standards, and the service was even more satisfying (especially the head waiter and other staff at the front desk). I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance. This hotel is popular with Chinese guests, so I suggest hiring more Mandarin-speaking staff."

"The boss’s daughter-in-law is from Hong Kong, China. Haha, the hotel’s travel packages are quite conscientious and they kept introducing us. But their tour guide was a bit annoying and kept asking for tips to the driver."

"The most comfortable hotel to stay in Nepal. The house seems to be built in a garden, the greening is really good and the scenery is pleasant. When checking in, walking in from the outside feels like walking into another world. The room is clean and comfortable, with a small balcony. I like to sit on the deck chair on the balcony to relax. Compared with many noisy houses facing the street, this place is really quiet and I can sleep well at night. The service is also very good. The restaurants and bars inside taste pretty good."
