Every member of the team was warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. Traveling with a large group and children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, ensuring that every member of our family had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Sauraha, the property is well-maintained, peaceful, and offers the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was both elegant and family-friendly. The amenities are excellent and cater to guests of all ages. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the AC and the fan was wonderful as it got very hot. The pool is beautiful and is cleaned everyday. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a coffee. The location is great as well. Cons: They support and can book you elephant safari rides and non ethical elephant activities. This is a dying trade as it is very cruel to ride elephants as a tourist. The elephants are chained up when they are not being ridden and they are not treated right or fairly. Please do not support elephant riding. We were disappointed to see that this beautiful hotel does so."

"We (four adults and two kids) arrived in the jungle crowne on monday evening and departed on wednesday morning (june 2024. Summarizing the key likes and suggestions for improvement : 1) location: conveniently located in sauraha, elephant safari point is less than 5 mins drive and jeep safari start location is a little more than 5 mins drive 2) ample parking space in the hotel: we drove to this hotel from india (ranchi) and had sufficient space for safe parking. 3) room size: pretty spacious for a family of two adults and two kids, bathroom was also decent in size. 4) amenities: swimming pool was okay and food quality in general was good (veg, non veg food (fish, chicken) left more to be desired. 5) bathroom amenities and layout: hanger position should be changed from the current one just on top of the western commode. Hand towels and a foot towel/mat should be provided. Of the two flush buttons (long and short, one (short) didn't seem to work. 5) internet connectivity: maybe it was due to the rain/wind, but we had no internet and no tv for almost the entire second day."

"This is a great badic hotel right at the river in Sauraka. The rooms are basic but clean with all important fans and airconditioning (very important in the middle of the day). The staff both at the restaurant (Siktaram) and at the reception (Sabina) is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast and the food served at the restaurant isn’t that great (try Cafe de Safari on the high street!), but I would be very happy to stay here again at my next visit to Chitwan NP."

"The hotel owner must have visited hotels in China. The decor is completely in the style of Chinese hotel chains, but they've only scratched the surface, not grasped the essence. There are still many details that need improvement. Of course, the rooms are very clean, which should be more suitable for Chinese tastes. I especially want to praise the service, which was excellent. The food was delicious, and they even took us on a tour of the forest park. This hotel was the most satisfying experience of our trip to Nepal!"

The guides were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the animals and plants in the park. We saw rhinos, deer, and numerous bird species – a true wildlife lover’s dream. The jeep safari and canoe ride down the river were both unforgettable experiences. The staff at the lodge were warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, with a variety of local and international dishes. If you’re looking for an adventure combined with a relaxing atmosphere, Jungle Safari Lodge is the perfect place.
