"We have been visiting Hotel Alpina for over 15 years for our annual snowboarding holiday, and there’s a reason we keep coming back – it is simply outstanding in every way. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, from the bedrooms to the communal areas and dining room. The standards are exceptional and have genuinely set the benchmark by which we judge every other hotel we stay in! Thomas and Carmen have created something very special here. They provide a fantastic guest experience, supported by a team that is warm, welcoming and always happy to help. German is not our first language, but the staff are incredibly patient and speak excellent English, which makes us feel completely at ease. The food is another highlight and easily exceeds typical 4-star standards. Breakfast offers a wonderful hot and cold selection with great coffee to fuel a full day on the mountain. In the evenings, dinner is a real treat – a generous salad buffet, starter, soup, choice of main course, and delicious dessert every night, plus a cheese board if you can manage it! Hotel Alpina consistently delivers comfort, quality and genuine hospitality."

"We had the best time during our stay in Rauriserhof. Right from the moment you check in you feel so welcome and value. They have daily activities and we did the snowshoe walk which was amazing with Ina and the sauna relaxing session with Christian. The gondolas are nearby and you cannot miss doing the toboggan as it’s so fun. The hotel has a wellness area and big size pool and multiple tennis courts. You also have a laundry room for extra charge. We cannot praise enough the food which was excellent day after day. A big thank you to Mate out waitress who gave us an incredible service and attention throughout our stay."
