"Overall, it's not bad. The location is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a little dust on the nightstands and tables here and there. The bathroom is clean. Important: there's no hot water. It's only available from the tap. The shower water is only cold or lukewarm. There are occasional power surges, and everything can suddenly go out. The breakfast is very decent."

"Very good place to stay in Islamabad. The Avari Xpress is a 4 star property located in Faizabad. The major attractions like Centaurus mall and Faisal Masjid are very close by and easily accessible by cab( about -5-20 m drive) The property has ample free parking. Before I go in detail I would like to thank and appreciate Miss.Hina Saeed (Avari Gold card manager in Karachi) I got my Avari gold card renewed online like I always do. However, I was not able to collect it from Karachi. She went out of her way and mailed it to Avari islamabad within a day! She followed up with me and made sure I received my card on time for my stay to be possible. Had it not been because of Miss.Hina and her efforts, I would not have been able to use the card or stay at Avari during this trip. She has always been very professional and she goes out of the way to make all bookings for me and my family whenever we travel at any Avari Hotels in Pakistan. I would also like to appreciate the excellent front desk/check in counter staff especially Miss.Zubaira for the smooth check in process. The food and beverage manager Miss.Sana also deserves appreciation as she was always on the go and making sure all guests are taken care off. All the other staff were also helpful and always smiling. I always love the Avari Hospitality! The staff are extremely professional and friendly."
